Sensory deprivation float centers are popping up all over Europe, especially in urban areas, where the demand for holistic care is skyrocketing.

Whether they are called sensory deprivation tanks, float tanks or simply “floating,” deprivation therapy treatments have earned a reputation for providing natural relief from many ailments. The results of the study showed that generalized anxiety disorder symptomatology improved significantly in the 12-session flotation group over a four-month period.
