Microwave chocolate cake ready in 3 minutes: an easy and tasty recipe

How to make a creamy microwave cake in just 3 minutes?

To prepare this delicious and quick dessert you will need:

  • 4 tablespoons almond flour
  • 4 tablespoons of fructose
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 1 sachet of vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
  • 3 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 egg

In a bowl mix all the ingredients until you get a paste, then grease a container that goes in the microwave, Pour in the batter and cook your cake for 3 minutes in the microwave.

Meanwhile, you can prepare the cream that will be used to decorate your cake. For this you will need:

  • 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon light cream
  • 2 tablespoons of fructose
  • 1 banana cut into pieces

Mix all these ingredients in a bowl. and beat with an electric mixer. Then take your cake, place it on a rack and carefully cut it in half lengthwise. To do this, take a bread knife, place your hand in the center of the cake and cut it in half, turning the cake over. Note that the same technique used to cut a cake in half, before filling it with cream.

After cutting your cake, cover it with the prepared cream. Let cool and then enjoy your dessert.

How to prepare a sponge cake with chocolate cream?

To prepare a cake for 8 people, you will need:

  • 5 eggs
  • ½ cup fructose
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup cornmeal
  • 300ml light cream
  • 100 g of melted dark chocolate
  • a little icing sugar

Separate the whites from the yolks, then in a large bowl, beat the whites with an electric mixer and gradually add the fructose, while beating the mixture. Then, add the egg yolks and beat to combine everything. Sift the flours together, mix and blend into the egg mixture.

Preheat the oven to 180°C, then butter and flour your mold. Pour the batter into the mold and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let your cake cool down after baking.
